Z Shop is a platform that connects Shopify and Zoom, allowing merchants to showcase products and facilitate purchases during Zoom meetings.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate product information
Complying with applicable laws
Fulfilling customer orders
Managing refunds and customer support
Maintaining their Shopify account
Subscription Fees
Z Shop is available through a monthly subscription billed through Shopify.
A 14-day free trial may be offered to eligible merchants.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Violate applicable laws
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with service operation
Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
Upload malicious software or content
Intellectual Property
Z Shop and its associated content, branding, and software are owned by Z Shop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Z Shop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
